Job summary

Greenleaf Therapeutics, a Canopy USA subsidiary, seeks a Packaging Technician II in Ohio to lead daily packaging operations for cannabis products. You will supervise a team, ensure cleanrooms, set up equipment, train staff, and maintain compliance with SOPs, KPA’s, and quality controls.

You will collaborate with the Packaging Manager to resolve production issues, manage labeling, and ensure accurate inventory and documentation while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of plant tracking software, both PATC-approved and state-mandated preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage all materials for daily production. Verify all rooms are cleaned and cleaning log filled out daily.
• Set up machines daily so start of shift runs smoothly.
• Train employees on SOPs, machine use, and document accordingly.
• Maintain training logs and inventory records.
• Resolve production quality concerns with Packaging Manager and team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and KPAs.
• Monitor waste and cannabis handling; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate labeling, COA checks, and inventory reconciliation.
