Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Cultivation Technician II - Machine Technician (Pack) to operate the Packaging Machine Line, pre-pack containers, label products, and maintain equipment.

The role requires assisting teammates, logging data in METRC/CounterPoint, and complying with state laws. A high school diploma and machinery experience are preferred; willingness to work 40+ hours. Facility is in Lothian, MD.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Machinery experience or assembly line background preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and comply with laws required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Packaging Machine Line and assist in pre-packaging and labeling of dried cannabis products.
• Diagnose and maintain packaging machinery to sustain uptime and quality.
• Guide and train packaging team members; logging data and maintaining records.
