Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to handle the packaging of finished cannabis products, log production details, and maintain accurate inventory counts. This on-site role emphasizes meeting daily targets while ensuring quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced facility in Maryland.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, and pass background checks. The position requires attention to safety protocols and teamwork in a production environment with cannabis

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Follow SOPs and operational guidelines, verbal directives, training, and policies.
Maintain up-to-date scale logs and an organized work area.
Clean unfilled concentrate jars.
Apply all necessary labels.
Count completed units into predetermined case pack sizes.
Assist in day-to-day cleaning of the machine.
Complete duties on time and be willing to take on more responsibilities.
Maintain open communication with management and co-workers about daily production output.
Be flexible to assist other departments as needed within production schedule.
Work-in temperatures ranging from 55–85°F.
