Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Farm employee to perform daily duties in a large-scale cannabis cultivation facility in Lothian, MD. The role involves farming plants, transferring plants through lifecycle stages, harvesting, and keeping the cultivation area clean and compliant.

The candidate will be trained thoroughly and must report health and crop data to leadership, with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with full-time hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred at least 1 year of prior agricultural or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Demonstrates ability to consistently achieve productivity and performance requirements.
• Professional and respectful communication capability toward others.
• Knowledge of local, state, regional and federal employment laws relating to cultivation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform farming tasks at a large-scale cannabis cultivation facility.
• Transfer, harvest, and care for plants; support perpetual production workflow.
• Clean and maintain cultivation areas and equipment; report malfunctions.
• Follow safety guidelines and comply with regulations; participate in training.
• Assist other departments as needed to support operations.
