Shearer's Foods is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator at the Waterford plant to run and change over packaging lines, monitor quality, and ensure efficient production. The role includes following precise recipes, data collection, and communicating changes to team members.

Shifts are available days and nights with overtime; the company offers a $2,500 hiring bonus and an hourly rate of $20.50–$22.50, plus a $2.00 night premium.

Competenze

• Leadership: follow policies and set example, align with core values.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose root causes on mechanical/automation equipment (2–5 years preferred).
• Computer skills: basic production-related software use and verifications.
• Time management: schedule changeovers and breaks around activity lulls.
• Flexibility: able to train, attend pre-shift meetings, weekends/overtime.
• Physical demands: lift up to 60 lbs, stand 12+ hours, tolerate fast pace.
