Shifts are available days and nights with overtime; the company offers a $2,500 hiring bonus and an hourly rate of $20.50–$22.50, plus a $2.00 night premium.

Qualifications

• Leadership: follow policies and set example, align with core values.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose root causes on mechanical/automation equipment (2–5 years preferred).
• Computer skills: basic production-related software use and verifications.
• Time management: schedule changeovers and breaks around activity lulls.
• Flexibility: able to train, attend pre-shift meetings, weekends/overtime.
• Physical demands: lift up to 60 lbs, stand 12+ hours, tolerate fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and change over packaging equipment and machines.
• Follow precise recipes and work procedures; monitor variables and perform product quality tests.
• Communicate changes and plans to nearby Team Members and supervision.
• Complete scheduled computer-based tasks and data collection throughout shift.
