Qualifications

• Leadership - PMO must set the line example and follow Shearer's policies.
• Troubleshooting - resolve issues for mechanical/automation equipment; 2-5 years operator or maintenance apprentice preferred.
• Computer Skills - basic production computer operations and verifications.
• Time Management - manage time; document verifications; plan changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and change over 3-5 packaging machines; ensure efficiency and quality.
• Communicate changes and plans to nearby team members and supervision.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment per recipes and procedures; collect quality data.
• Respond to QA and management directions; meet allergen and safety considerations.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed; physical demands as listed.
