Job summary

Maker's Pride in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will set up equipment, perform minor adjustments, and run packaging lines while meeting quality standards.

Starting pay is $23.40/hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We offer health, dental, vision, FSA, disability, paid holidays and vacation, plus 401(k) and wellness programs. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle small tools.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates equipment and makes adjustments to meet specs.
• Inspects packages and documents results to ensure quality.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers.
• Completes all required documentation.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
