Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a dependable Machine Operator to perform set-ups, operate packaging equipment, and ensure products meet quality standards under GMP guidelines.

Shifts offered: 1st 6:00AM–2:30PM, 2nd 2:00PM–10:30PM with $1.00 shift diff, 3rd 10:00PM–6:30AM with $1.50 diff. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus a robust benefits package including health, dental, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills to calculate quantities of material.
• Good organizational and communication skills to prioritise work.
• Ability to handle small tools.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• English reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate set ups on equipment for product runs.
• Operates equipment and adjusts to meet quality specifications.
• Inspects packages and documents results for quality control.
• Stages and checks materials for quick changeovers in production.
• Completes and documents all required position-related paperwork.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
