Our team members enjoy taking home free snacks! We are currently hiring for the position of Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) on the Day Shift (7:45 am - 8:00 pm, 223 Schedule) with a starting pay rate of $19.29/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, change over, and maintain 3-5 packaging machines efficiently and with quality.
• Communicate changes and plans to team members and supervision.
• Perform tasks on a computer at scheduled times.
• Set up and operate packaging equipment following recipes and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine variables, perform quality tests, and collect data.
• React to directions from quality assurance and management.
• Use hand tools and handle exposure to allergens, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
• Multi-task and prioritize throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Leadership: Set a positive example, follow policies, and demonstrate respect, teamwork, and giving back.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and automation issues.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency for production tasks and verifications.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively, complete changeovers timely, and plan breaks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to train, attend pre-shift meetings, and work weekends and overtime.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, team lift 75 lbs, stand for 12+ hours, and perform repetitive tasks.
