Job Description:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks, including setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. They will also inspect incoming supplied packaging materials and the finished product to ensure compliance with specifications. The operator is expected to make adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality standards.

Over time, the machine operator must be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment, change over equipment from one package size to another, and perform light preventive maintenance such as cleaning, greasing, and replacing pads or tape.
