Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Good housekeeping and GMP knowledge.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and PC basics.
• Strong problem solving and self-directed leadership.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate forklift safely.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tub Line and perform changeovers as scheduled.
• Maintain smooth palletizer operation.
• Run blending system and monitor quality.
• Perform quality checks and report results.
• Monitor product flow and meet cut-off/tonne targets.
• Enter work orders in Weever and support maintenance calls.
• Keep a clean, safe work area protecting safety and product integrity.
• Address food safety and quality concerns actively.
• Lead problem solving on the floor and in meetings.
• Train others and cover vacations as needed.
