Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our factory team. The role is a multi-skilled packing associate focused on achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

You will contribute to identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall and support peers to meet GMP/GHP packaging standards.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C or above required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain packaging line efficiency in line with the plan and escalate deviations.
• Support peers to uphold safety, quality and efficiency in the packing hall.
• Be responsible for GMP/GHP packaging standards.
• Ensure cleaning regimes are performed to the highest standard.
• Participate in processes that improve business performance.
