Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise packaging floor operations, driving compliant, efficient production and timely batch completion on a 12-hour schedule. The role reports to a supervisor and serves as a technical resource for the team, reviewing complex documentation and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or cGMP manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.
• Ability to lead teams and resolve complex production issues.
• Proven track record of reviewing GMP documentation for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor packaging operations on a production floor.
• Perform startup, equipment operation, and line clearances as needed.
• Manage inventory control using SAP and WES.
• Execute equipment qualification and process validation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs on the floor.
• Support lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
