Job summary

Resilience seeks a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) to execute setup, changeover, repairs, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical/electronic systems, support continuous improvement, and train technicians as needed.

Work on a 2-2-3 day schedule with 12-hour shifts (6AM-6:30PM). Strong knowledge of equipment and safety procedures required in a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment parts and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment (labelers, printers, conveyors).
• Provide technical support and resolve equipment issues on the line.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor equipment for early defects.
• Document batch records and CMMS entries; follow SOPs and cGMPs.
• Train Packaging Technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
