Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III to support packaging operations on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM). The role involves setup, changeover, repairs, and preventive maintenance for packaging equipment across classified areas, with emphasis on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulated production environments, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train others while promoting safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating in a regulated production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Provide technical support to production technicians and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Execute start-up, batch execution, and line clearance tasks as needed.
• Operate light material handling equipment safely.
• Document batch records and CMMS entries; perform related computations.
