Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Lead to supervise Packaging Operators and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of packaging lines. The role includes cross-training, process monitoring, and coaching operators to achieve quality and productivity targets.

You will work to maintain GMPs, SOP adherence, and effective communication across shifts, with a focus on urgent issue resolution and team development.

Competenze

• Requires 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a production setting.
• Requires 3–5 years of overall production experience.
• Demonstrates proficient use of MS Office, Teams, OneNote and email.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Mansioni

• Lead by example to enforce Plant and Safety policies and GMPs.
• Execute daily/weekly tasks using SOPs to maintain quality and performance.
• Maintain continuous operation of process equipment through active supervision and troubleshooting.
• Provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions to meet measurables.
• Mentor and coach brewing operators on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Communicate process changes and knowledge to the operations team and management.
• Audit operator performance to ensure quality inspections per SOPs.
• Document inventory, quality inspections, sanitation, and batch production per SOPs.
