Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and detail orientation are essential.
• Ability to supervise 15–30 employees and direct production.
• Must follow GMPs, safety rules, and USDA/FDA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs 15–30 hourly employees on one shift to meet production goals.
• Maintains daily logs and production reports.
• Trains subordinates in safety and operation procedures.
• Ensures quality, sanitation, and safety across the plant.
• Works with Shift Supervisor on budgeted production, and equipment performance.
