Job summary

You will lead Production Supervisors, Leads, and Operators, drive continuous improvement in efficiency, sanitation, and training, and partner with HR to maintain a positive work environment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field, preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with software packages such as JD Edwards and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations on the assigned shift to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead Production Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to achieve objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA).
• Improve yield, efficiency, downtime, and labor utilization; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to minimize interruptions.
• Support internal and customer audits and regulatory inspections.
• Communicate priorities and performance to management to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
