Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 7+ years managing large departments in consumer products.
• Five+ years leading supervisors across more than one shift.
• Experience with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Experience in quality system audits.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production: mixing, baking, packing and yield planning.
• Drive safety, quality, cleanliness and food safety.
• Lead the plant team, including Production Managers and Supervisors.
• Develop production standards; manage three shifts.
• Collaborate with HR to enforce policies and develop goals.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and audits.
• Maintain environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned.
