Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Packaging Lead to direct Packaging Operators and ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient production on packaging lines. The role includes cross-training in packaging, sanitation, quality, and maintenance while supporting troubleshooting with urgency.

You will mentor operators, enforce GMPs, SOPs, and safety policies, and communicate process changes to the operations team. This position requires strong leadership in a fast-paced brewery environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a production environment.
• 3-5 years of overall production experience.
• Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS Office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging operators and ensure SOP adherence.
• Monitor process equipment and troubleshoot with urgency.
• Mentor and coach the team on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Communicate process changes and manage shift handovers effectively.
• Audit inspections, inventory checks, sanitation and batch production per SOPs.
• Drive preventative maintenance and operator checks for machinery.
