Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in Packaging, Food Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced technical expertise in Brewing Alcohol industry, with bottling, canning, quality control, and sanitation.
• Track record of strategic planning, process optimization, and innovation in Brewing.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving, with customer-facing tact.
• Proficient to advanced level in office-related software for documentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of a strategic plan through autonomous, high-performing packaging teams on a 24/7 schedule.
• Identify optimization opportunities using data, propose solutions, and streamline workflows to cut waste.
• Develop and deploy transformation initiatives to enhance packaging processes and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental budget performance and take corrective actions for year-on-year improvement.
• Oversee capital planning to ensure effective allocation of resources for packaging operations.
