Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing & product innovation.
• Experience with 2D design and 3D CAD modeling.
• Packaging development background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stages of product innovation projects from scoping to commercialization.
• Utilize model shop and 3D printing to drive prototypes.
• Work with pilot plant on installation/start-up of molds or tooling.
• Lead projects with data-driven decisions, manage risks, meet timelines and budgets.
• Report deviations to senior management as projects progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and EHS requirements.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
