Job summary

Amcor is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive planning for new products and improvements in our packaging engineering group. You will oversee cost, schedules, resources, and quality across multiple high-profile projects while guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.

Strong coding of SPC and data-driven decisions will be essential. The role requires 8+ years on injection/blow molding tooling, a Bachelor's in engineering, and about 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; packaging discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with injection and blow molding equipment, tooling, and processing.
• Travel approximately 50% for project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for new products and improvements, focusing on cost, timing, resources, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership across engineering projects and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans to ensure on-time completion.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and translate data into actionable decisions.
• Influence commercial decisions and adapt to changing business needs.
