Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in package engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in team management/development or project leadership.
• Willingness to travel to other locations 50% of the time depending on initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects from concept to implementation across the organization.
• Travel to manufacturing locations for plant trials and testing.
• Communicate packaging information to all levels and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to develop and coach the packaging team.
