Campbell's is seeking full‑time undergraduate students for a six‑month co‑op in the Global Packaging R&D group at our World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, just outside Philadelphia. You will contribute to packaging initiatives across Soup, Sauce, Beverage, and North American Food Service and work with a team on meaningful projects.

You will own a project, present results, and gain hands‑on experience in a Fortune 500 setting.

Qualifications

• Full‑time undergraduate student enrolled in Packaging or related program and will return to school after co‑op.
• Completed at least one semester of core classes and/or fulfilled school requirements for Co‑op eligibility.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• In good academic standing with college/university.
• Able to learn quickly and work independently, in a team and on multiple projects.
• Physically able to handle about 25 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or company assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of new package components, including specifications.
• Participate in and lead Packaging trials at manufacturing facilities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members and outside suppliers.
• Present results to the R&D organization upon completion of the six‑month term.
