Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking creative and energetic students to join six-month co-op positions on the Research & Development team at our World Headquarters in Camden, NJ. The program offers mentorship and exposure to brands across Campbell's portfolio, including Swanson, Pace, Prego, Rao’s, Goldfish, and more.

As a co-op in R&D, you will develop bench top prototypes, work on pilot plant scale-ups, and participate in product tastings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate status in Food Science or related program.
• Returning to school for at least one semester after the co-op.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product development of bench top prototypes and scale-ups in pilot plant.
• Uncover solutions to technical challenges through experimental design and data analysis.
• Participate in and lead product tastings.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Lead a project and present results to the R&D organization.
