Job summary

TransPak Inc. in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level I) to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will provide timely information on orders, collaborate with sales and production, and ensure accurate processing of orders, changes, and returns.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and proactive communication with internal and external customers. The position offers a schedule Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:30pm and Friday 6:00am–2:30pm, with compensation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative preferred.
• Customer-focused with strong problem solving and time management.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with manufacturing back office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge requests.
• Provide feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Process orders/changes/returns per department policies.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Work with planners on order scheduling and with credit on disputed items.
• Partner with sales to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
