Job summary

Sol de Janeiro in New York is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to drive end-to-end packaging artwork across categories and markets. You will independently coordinate projects from concept through final approval, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-schedule delivery.

As a cross-functional coordinator, you will partner with Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, SPGx, and vendors, manage inputs, track progress, and uphold brand standards using Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Comfort coordinating across multiple functions and external partners.
• Experience with packaging artwork, production artwork, or graphic production.
• Experience with artwork workflow or project-management tools; Adobe Illustrator is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate packaging artwork projects from initiation to release.
• Manage multiple artwork projects and SKUs across development stages.
• Maintain visibility to priorities, timelines, approvals, and actions.
• Ensure inputs (manuscripts, dielines, ingredients, legal copy, UPCs) are complete.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned artwork projects.
• Partner with Packaging, Regulatory, GPM, Creative, SPGx, CMs and vendors.
• Coordinate reviews, revisions, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders.
• Follow up on missing inputs and approvals to avoid timing delays.
• Review artwork against manuscripts and brand requirements.
• Proofread artwork and communicate required revisions clearly.
• Review files using Adobe Illustrator where appropriate.
• Coordinate final routing and release of approved artwork.
