Sol de Janeiro in New York is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to manage end-to-end packaging artwork across categories and markets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-schedule delivery.

You will coordinate with packaging, regulatory, GPM, creative, SPGx, and external vendors, proactively resolving issues and maintaining clear project visibility to keep artwork moving through approvals.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Comfort coordinating across multiple functions and external partners.
• Proactive problem-solving, follow-through, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with packaging artwork, production artwork, graphic production, or a related field.
• Experience with artwork workflow or project-management tools and Adobe Illustrator is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate packaging artwork projects from initiation through final approval and release.
• Maintain clear visibility to priorities, timelines, approvals, dependencies, and outstanding actions.
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned artwork projects and coordinate reviews, revisions, and handoffs.
• Review artwork against manuscripts and established brand/packaging requirements; communicate revisions clearly.
• Identify artwork challenges, missing information, or misdirection and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate artwork trackers and documentation; coordinate routing and approvals using workflow tools.
• Support continuous improvement of artwork processes, checklists, tools, and ways of working.
