Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor packaging equipment.
• Rotate between stations and provide relief coverage as needed.
• Monitor production for efficiency and quality; adjust as required.
• Complete production, quality, and operational documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per housekeeping standards.
• Support preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Follow all food safety and GMP procedures; participate in training.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals and customer demands.
• Work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
