Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Utah is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment in a fast-paced production environment. You will help ensure product quality and food safety while supporting a collaborative team.

You will rotate through stations, complete production and quality paperwork, and assist in preventive maintenance and housekeeping. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• English proficiency for safety and operations.
• Ability to operate packaging equipment safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to rotate positions and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to support production requirements.
• Operate packaging machinery including Elopak, Bosch, Nimco, Jones, SIG, and other lines.
• Rotate between workstations and provide break relief coverage as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust to maintain efficiency, quality, and output.
• Complete required production, quality, and operational paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per housekeeping standards.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Follow GMPs and company safety procedures.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexibility and coverage.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and schedule adherence.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to support business demands.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
