Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a dedicated Packager in Los Angeles, CA to pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment. You will follow work instructions, maintain accuracy, and support the team in meeting production goals.

Requires at least 2 years in packaging or related fields, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Check product labels, lot numbers, quantities, and shipping information to ensure orders are accurate.
• Complete paperwork, shipping documents, and inventory records clearly and correctly.
• Work with team members to meet production goals, solve problems, keep the work area clean, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Job Duties

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of experience in packaging, manufacruring, production, warehouse, or a related industry.
• Able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to work overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or other regulated industrial environments.
• Experience handling hazardous materials and regulated products.
• Experience using SAP, Workday, QT9, or similar business systems.
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience working with quality, shipping, or inventory documentation.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
