Staffmark Group is seeking a Warehouse Packer in San Diego, CA to pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment on a fast-paced team.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to operate RF scanners and basic packaging equipment; two shifts available with overtime as needed. The position offers competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

• 1st shift: 5:00 am - 1:40 pm
• 2nd shift: 1:20 pm - 9:50 pm

Job Duties

• Pack and label products according to company specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Operate basic packaging equipment as trained.
• Follow allGMP, FDA, food-safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Accurately count, weigh, package, and stack products as required.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation when necessary.
• Report product defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Packer.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
