Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking an Outside Sales Administrator in Des Moines to support the sales team with administrative tasks, credit applications, pricing forms, and complex orders.

You will prepare quotes, assist with billing questions and AR resolution, generate usage reports, and support site activities. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with credit applications, billing questions, and AR resolution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for credit applications and new account forms.
• Manage contract pricing, rollback forms and rollback calculations.
• Process orders and quotes requiring special handling or long bids.
• Generate customer usage reports and cost-savings reports as needed.
• Assist with billing questions, credit assistance and AR resolution.
• Prepare PSAs and support site activities (counter, warehouse).
• Perform other duties and comply with company policies.
