Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Six months of experience as a Package Handler (FedEx Ground preferred).
• Ability to train multiple peer PHs and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Train new PHs in unloading, loading, palletizing and handling techniques.
• Provide feedback on proper package handling and safety.
• Reinforce dock safety standards among peers.
• Update managers on sort conditions to improve efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new handling procedures and techniques.
• Load/unload and train others while handling packages.
