Foster Farms is seeking Team Members for sanitation roles in our Washington facility. You will clean and sanitize equipment and plant areas nightly, operate CIP cycles, and apply cleaning chemicals safely while following USDA standards and safety procedures.

The position requires lifting up to 75 lbs, working in a fast-paced environment, and passing drug and background screenings. Benefits include health, retirement, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• Follow safety rules and practices including Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures, PPE usage, and chemical handling.
• Operate CIP cycles and clean processing equipment in a high pace environment.
• Maintain sanitation standards per USDA requirements and quality control inspections.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and scrubbing.
• Pass titration testing and pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Sanitation: clean facility nightly and maintain safe working conditions.
• Operate CIP cycles accurately and manage high-pressure cleaning.
• Apply chemicals safely and sanitize production areas.
• Keep non-production areas clean and orderly, including breakrooms and restrooms.
• Assist supervision and lead personnel and suggest process improvements.
