Job summary

STONHARD is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth in an assigned US territory, with remote work when not in the field and residency within the territory. You will lead Territory Managers, manage accounts, and oversee project execution on site.

Key duties include P&L ownership, field visits four days a week, coordinating installations with CMG crews, and revenue forecasting. A proven sales leadership track record and Salesforce knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an area sales manager or field sales manager.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Familiar with Salesforce (SFA) and its uses.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for Profit and Loss within the District, including weekly Accounts Receivable follow up.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, and shape image of Territory Managers.
• Conduct quarterly TM plan and review sessions.
• Spend four days per week in the field with TMs calling on customers and assisting in installations.
• Monitor calls, quotes, and invoicing performance.
• Directly manage and secure Impact Projects.
• Prepare reports evaluating TM performance and forecast invoices.
• Coordinate with CMG installation crews to ensure successful projects.
• Interact with other departments to advance the sales cycle.
