Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Partner Manager to lead the growth of our US channel partner ecosystem. You will identify and onboard new partners, nurture relationships, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in channel partner management within tech/storage, strong communication, and analytical skills to build a robust partner-led pipeline and achieve ARR targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management in tech/storage.
• Deep understanding of the US market and channel dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Nurture existing channel relationships for mutual growth.
• Grow partner-led pipeline and achieve ARR targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies.
• Provide training and resources to partners.
• Track KPIs and maintain pipeline forecasts.
