Melian invites seasoned enterprise software and cybersecurity sales professionals to join our Pacific-focused team. You will develop a focused account plan across AK, CA, HI, OR, WA and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

You will engage security teams and executive buyers, build compelling business cases, coordinate product demonstrations, and forecast opportunities with accuracy. The role demands strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills in a dynamic security market.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle enterprise software or cybersecurity sales.
• Ability to engage technical practitioners and executive buyers in complex opportunities.
• Strong discovery, communication, account planning, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the enterprise market across Pacific (AK, CA, HI, OR, WA).

Responsabilités

• Develop a focused account plan and pipeline across the Pacific.
• Run discovery with security teams and build a business case around their priorities.
• Coordinate demonstrations and technical evaluations with the Melian team.
• Own opportunities through negotiation and close, with accurate account context and forecasting.
