Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Healthcare Contracting Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of provider contracts within the Florida PACE program. This role ensures that contract documentation is accurate, providers are credentialed, and all relationships align with regulatory and organizational requirements.

The coordinator works cross-functionally with FL PACE and Broward PACE Program teams to maintain a high-quality provider network, assist in negotiating terms, and support

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare contracting, provider relations, or network management.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and PACE.
• Experience with provider networks, credentialing processes, and health care regulations (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA).
• Analytical thinking and proficiency with data and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, email, execute and load contracts into the database.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure accurate entry and updates.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments to align contracting with site needs.
• Negotiate fee schedules and contract terms under guidance of Manager.
• Monitor provider credentials and ensure licensing per regulations.
• Ensure contracts comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Support the Provider Directory with all contracted providers.
• Assist business office with timely and accurate provider activation.
• Respond to provider inquiries about contract status and processes.
• Track renewal dates and initiate renewals promptly.
