Job summary
Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to support PACE performance improvement activities, identify trends, and prioritize data-driven improvements while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The role reports to the Quality Improvement and Compliance Manager and collaborates with staff to elevate care quality.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years in Quality/Risk/Patient Safety or healthcare
- Ability to interpret data and improve processes
- Bilingual: English and Spanish/Creole
Responsibilities
- Support PACE performance improvement process and education of staff
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across sites
- Conduct chart audits for documentation compliance
- Oversee HPMS data submission and reporting
- Prepare monthly Quality Subcommittees and capture minutes
- Use continuous quality principles to monitor and drive change
- Support grievance processes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform periodic reviews and targeted audits with leadership
- Represent QA/Compliance in meetings as needed
- Participate in continuing education and related community activities
