Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is hiring a Patient Coordinator in Miami, FL to manage clerical tasks within our PACE program. You will schedule participant appointments, coordinate with caregivers and transportation, and monitor adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma, two years of healthcare office experience, and strong English/Spanish bilingual abilities. This role offers growth in a comprehensive healthcare environment with supportive team structures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of office/clerical experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to work with geriatric participants.

Responsibilities

• Schedule participant diagnostic appointments and enter into PACE system.
• Track appointments and produce reports.
• Coordinate with caregivers, transportation, ALF staff and escorts.
• Oversee unit-specific documentation per guidelines.
• Provide support to receptionist and other departments.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Perform other support functions as needed.
