myPlace Health is seeking an Executive Director to lead a market with full accountability for strategy, operations, and participant experience. You will work closely with the Executive Medical Director and national teams to deliver high-quality, compliant care and strong financial performance in a PACE setting.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare leadership, 7+ years supervisory experience, and a passion for serving high-risk older adults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare/related field.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations or executive leadership experience.
• 7+ years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Demonstrated experience scaling care delivery or clinical business units.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive operating leader for the market with full accountability for strategy, planning, operations, participant experience, compliance, and performance.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive high-quality care, outcomes, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a diverse market team to support care delivery and market success.
• Establish and model a clear operating strategy and culture aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with national leadership to optimize infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Oversee market budgeting, resource planning, and financial monitoring.
• Represent the organization with providers, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.

In close partnership with the Executive Medical Director, local leaders, and national leadership teams, this role drives the successful execution of the care model to achieve key clinical, quality, member experience, and business outcomes. The Executive Director leads and develops a high-performing market team, builds strong relationships with community and regulatory partners, and ensures the market operates in alignment with organizational goals and PACE requirements.
