Job summary

University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business seeks a PACE Leader for Spring 2027 to model and promote core values such as professionalism, academics, character and engagement. The role is onsite, with up to 10 hours per week and structured for a future Co-op credit.

Training and development are provided, including participation in the PACE Showcase. You must be a Lindner student (sophomore by Spring 2027), enrolled part-time, and capable of mentoring peers while maintaining a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• Lindner College of Business student (sophomore by Spring 2027)
• Enrolled at least part-time, or will be registered next term
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Minimum 3.00 GPA

Responsibilities

• Attend daily/weekly classes in Essentials, Pathways, and Career Success.
• Meet regularly with instructors to discuss academic support and expectations for coursework.
• Support faculty in facilitating, grading and ensuring learning objectives and classroom engagement.
• Facilitate structured breakout sessions to support students in project management and collaboration.
• Closely monitor student attendance, participation and engagement in class, and communicate progress to promote success.
• Attend group meetings with Head PACE Leader each semester.
