The role anchors two stages: freshman habits and senior post-secondary transition, with a 5-section daily load across 9th Foundations and 12th Senior Seminar.

Responsibilities include coaching, college/career exploration, FAFSA guidance, and resume/interview prep, while maintaining high standards and strong family communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Ohio Educator License or active pathway toward Ohio Resident Educator status.
• Must pass Ohio BCI and FBI background checks.
• Strong relational coaching abilities to support young adult learners with empathy and high expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high behavioral and academic standards in a culturally responsive classroom.
• Use student data to track progress and adjust instruction for diverse learners.
• Communicate with families regarding student growth and post-secondary milestones.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, counselors, and administration.
• Lead sections for 9th grade Foundations and 12th grade Senior Seminar with college & career focus.
