Job summary

Hospice of The Bluegrass, Inc. seeks a PACE Educator & Workforce Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver education programs that onboard staff, build competencies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the PACE organization.

This role collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to enable safe, high-quality, participant-centered care, supports both Care Guide Partners and Bluegrass Care Navigators PACE Programs, and promotes standardized education across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in geriatrics, long-term care, home health, PACE or related healthcare setting.
• Experience in staff development, education, training or workforce development.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• CMS regulations knowledge and survey readiness.
• Experience with EMR systems and LMS/competency tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver education and training programs for onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and CMS readiness.
• Support standardized education across PACE programs and affiliates.
