Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to support operational areas at the Lynwood site, ensuring efficient delivery of health care and social services in line with licensing and policies.

The role involves coordinating clinical and administrative functions, contributing to staff selection, annual budgets, process improvements, and care coordination with internal and external resources, reporting to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology.
• Experience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned site.
• Ensure efficient delivery of health care and social services per licensing standards and company policies.
• Contribute administrative skills to staff selection, budgets, process improvement, and care coordination with internal/external resources.
