AltaMed Health Services in Compton is seeking a PACE Care Center Supervisor to support all operational areas at the site, including clinical support, participant care, and day-center activities, ensuring efficient, compliant delivery of health care and social services.

The role collaborates across nursing, social work, psychology, recreation and therapy teams, with responsibilities for staff recruitment, budget support, process improvement, and care coordination with internal and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care field (or related) preferred; license if clinical degree.
• Minimum 2 years of supervision or management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.
• Experience in process or quality improvement projects preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across clinical, personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutrition, transport, and day-center activities.
• Ensure efficient delivery of health care and social services in line with licensing standards.
• Assist with staff recruitment, retention, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate care with internal and external resources.
