AltaMed Health Services Corp. invites applications for a Supervisor, PACE Center at our Sunland, CA facility.

This role oversees multiple operational areas to ensure high-quality care and social services delivery within the PACE program, coordinating with clinical and support teams to meet regulatory and budgetary targets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a health care field and at least 2 years in a supervisory role in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Support all aspects of selected operational areas at the assigned PACE Center site (clinical support, participant care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, transportation and day center activities).
• Ensure efficient operations per licensing, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to staff selection, retention, annual budgets, process improvement and care coordination with internal and external resources.
