AltaMed Health Services in Los Angeles County seeks a PACE Center Supervisor to oversee operations at the center, including clinical support, participant care, transportation, and day-center activities, ensuring efficient, compliant delivery of care and services.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, have at least two years in a supervisory role in healthcare, and be bilingual when site location requires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health care field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, and therapy disciplines.
• Experience in process or quality improvement projects preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at the PACE center including clinical support and participant care.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, transport and day center activities.
• Support budgeting, process improvements and staff coordination.
